MEDIA RELEASE AND CONSENT AGREEMENT

By entering the premises of Art Matters Kids Studio, I acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media ("Media") may be captured during my visit.

I understand and agree that Art Matters Kids Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and authorized representatives may photograph, record, edit, publish, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use my image, likeness, voice, or appearance for lawful business purposes, including but not limited to:

I understand that I will receive no compensation, royalties, or other payment for the use of such Media.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, videos, recordings, or other Media before publication or use.

I release and hold harmless Art Matters Kids Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, successors, assigns, and representatives from any claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising from the capture, publication, or use of such Media, including claims relating to privacy, publicity rights, or defamation, except where prohibited by law.

If I do not wish to appear in photographs or video recordings, I understand it is my responsibility to notify a staff member before entering any area where photography or filming may occur. While Art Matters Kids Studio will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, incidental inclusion in public or crowd photography may not always be avoidable.

Consent for Accompanying Minors

If I am accompanied by one or more minors for whom I am the parent or legal guardian, or for whom I otherwise have legal authority to provide this consent, I grant the permissions described in this Media Release and Consent Agreement on behalf of each such minor. This includes permission for Art Matters Kids Studio to photograph, film, record, and use each minor's image, likeness, voice, and appearance for the promotional and commercial purposes described in this Agreement.

I represent and warrant that I have the legal authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of each accompanying minor. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Art Matters Kids Studio from any claims arising from a lack of such authority.

If I do not have the legal authority to consent on behalf of an accompanying minor, I agree to notify Art Matters Kids Studio before entering any area where photography or filming may occur.
